Three years ago...

Three years ago Marcus Randall Downing entered our world. I can not believe three whole years have passed since our little boy was born. He has brought such delight to so many people, including his mom and dad. We are so proud of our son. He continues to amaze us with his great personality and caring ways. I never knew it was possible to love someone so much until I had Marcus and Kalli. We are blessed to have two beautiful, healthy and loving children. The best is yet to come...
Marcus was born a month early. So little and so sweet.

We wanted to make Marcus' birthday extra special, so we gathered some family to a little pizza party at Peter Piper Pizza. Marcus had a great time playing games, eating pizza, and opening presents. He is already telling people that he is three and a half! SO cute!!

Everyone watching Marcus and Bumpa open his presents. Bumpa got help on his birthday from Marcus, he just returned the favor!

A family photo with the three year old. He is saying "cheese" just not looking at the camera. (we gotta work on that!) Marcus was very excited that Grandma got him his Camel. He had been asking her for it for almost a month!! It was the first thing he opened. We got him the dragon, which he had also been asking for. Randy and I swear... NO MORE WEBKINZ!!! (we shall see!) Marcus loved the small merry-go-round. He was giving Bumpa "High-5's." And the funniest part was when he kept saying "Grandma, it's your Cuse!"
Kalli also liked the merry go round. She was very brave and held on all by herself.
Carter occupied the third spot on the merry go round. He seemed to like it too. Marcus was impressed with his "Lightning" socks!
