On Sunday, we got all decked out in our Memorial Day gear and headed over to my parent's house for their Memorial Day festivities. There were lots of tasty appetizers and yummy frozen concoctions. We had BBQ chicken and corn for dinner and a fun ice cream sandwich cake for dessert. (Grammie made that!)
And of course the kids were in the pool. Kalli had fun playing on the shallow play area until she fell in the pool. Luckily we were all around to scoop her up to safety. She was trying to grab a water toy.... thank god she was fine. After that incident we confined her to her water floater, which she loved anyway. Marcus had fun in the pool with Daddy. He was launching him into the sky.
Overall it was a fun weekend!!
