This past Sunday, we had my parents over for dinner. Randy and I made our new favorite dinner...beer can chicken. We used Sam Adams Celebration Ale that my dad brought over. It was one of their Christmas beers, so we knew the flavors from the beer would be really great to use for our chicken. We also marinated it with a mesquite marinade too. Anyway.... after dinner we finished a few bottles of wine and just enjoyed the wonderful weather we were having.
