During the first weekend of December, the town of Prescott comes out to light the humongous tree in the square. Lots of townsfolk come out to sing carols, and share in the lighting of the tree. We have started a tradition of going up with my parents to see the lighting. We bundled up the kids and took them out to see the site. Carter and Kalli were not too happy to be stuck in the stroller, but we had to do it! They seemed to have liked seeing the lights. But man! it was COLD!!!
